What are the membership & pack conditions?
All of our memberships have no lock in contracts and unlimited freezes. We need 24 hours notice to implement any changes.
All packs, except the intro pack have a 120 expiry. The Intro pack has a 21 day expiry.
HOW DOES A FREEZE WORK ON A MEMBERSHIP?
We have the ability to freeze your membership mid cycle. So for example, lets say you are 2 days into your membership cycle and you want to freeze for 2 weeks. We would put on the freeze, and then when you restart you would have 5 days left of your current membership before it renews.
WHAT POLICIES DO WE HAVE IN PLACE FOR PIlates?
To make sure we run safe, efficient and comprehensive classes, we have the following policies;
No Socks no Train
If you are 5mins late to a class, you will not be able to join
The minimum age to attend is 16
If you are a no show and you are on a membership, there is a $20 fee. Classes are often full and we want to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to attend. If you are on a pack, you will lose your credit.
If you cancel within three hours there is a $10 fee. We understand things come up or you may want to switch classes so just email us on randwick@helixhouse.com.au and we can process manually for you
If it is your first class, we suggest you attend the ESSENTIALS class as they are smaller and we can spend more time teaching you the principles so you will get more out of future classes.
