At Randwick, we have 3x Private Infrared Saunas. You have the ability to use this yourself, or book it for 2 people.

Our sessions are 45mins and we set the temperature to 60 degrees.

All sessions included a 2x towels.

We use Sunlighten Saunas and all private infrared saunas have built in red-light therapy.

These sauna heaters use infrared spectrums to promote relaxation and other health benefits. In an infrared sauna, the air temperature is less important than the quality of the infrared heat. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this will increase your core temperature to induce a deep and relaxing sweat. Using your infrared sauna at lower temperatures means you can stay in longer and get more benefits.
