CONTRAST THERAPY

Move freely between the between the Traditional Finnish Sauna and Ice Bath on the balcony of our Randwick location.

When you visit our studio for contrast therapy, we recommend using the sauna for 15-20 minutes, then dipping into the cold plunge for 1-5 minutes (those new to cold plunges should aim for the 1-2 minute range). The contrast therapy is 45 minutes long, so you can repeat this process a few times.

The balcony is a communal space, or you book it the Private Balcony Contrast Experience, to make sure you have the special space all to yourself.
