All of our services can be used for Single Visits, Intro Offer, Memberships and Packs purchases.
You purchase a credit - either as a one time visits, membership or pack and you can then book one or a combination of the following;
Reformer & Mat PIlates
Infrared & Finnish Sauna
Ice Shower (included as part of any Pilates or Sauna booking)
ONE OFF VISIT
Single Session - $35 (Reformer & Mat Pilates, Infrared and Finnish Sauna)
HELIX ALL ACCESs MEMBERSHIP
$65/per week (Unlimited Pilates & Saunas) - FOUNDATION OFFER and moving to $75 per week from the end of February 2026.
Our membership has the following benefits;
No lock in contracts - we just need 24 hours notice to cancel
Unlimited Freezes - you can freeze mid billing cycle if needed
Towel Services - for your Sauna sessions we provide you with 2 towels per visit

3x Sessions for $30 (can only be purchased once and valid for 14 days)
PACKS
5x Sessions - $115 ($23 per session)
10x Sessions - $210 ($21 per session)
20x Sessions - $360 ($18 per session)
All packs have a 120 expiry.
